The micro-charge measurement principle uses AC dynamic signal filtering to remove the DC baseline caused by static ash accumulation on the pipe wall and electrode. It captures only the alternating charge generated by powder flow. Even with long-term wall buildup or minor agglomeration, false alarms are avoided and frequent purging is unnecessary.
